The Total Fitness Makeover Classes
 

Adventure Boot Campers can sign up for between 1 and 10 Total Fitness Makeover (TFM) sessions during the break by clicking the "How Many Sessions" button below.  The sessions are $12.00 per hour workout. Typically the in-studio sessions cost between $17.00 and $25.00 per hour, so we are offering a nice little discount to the ladies of Adventure Boot Camp!
