In June of 2004 Brian was honored as one of the nation's top 50 personal trainers by the American Association of Personal Trainers and in August, 2005 Mr. Calkins' fitness approach was featured in THE WALL STREET JOURNAL.

Having worked with over one thousand individuals, Brian has developed a warm, motivating & enthusiastic style and approach to fitness that has helped many people weed through all the weight loss and fitness hype and learn what really works.

Emily Hollett:

Emily’s personal passion for health & wellness lead her to the fitness industry.  She is enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge and motivational approach for clean, healthy eating and results oriented exercise.  She enjoys helping clients achieve their fitness goals through balanced nutrition and a progressive exercise program which builds a solid foundation for her client’s to progress in a safe & effective way. 

By developing strong relationships with her clients Emily challenges them to push past their perceived limits to realize their full potential both in the gym and in their everyday lives.  Her positive, “can do” attitude encourages clients to finish strong in whatever they are striving to accomplish.

In her free time Emily enjoys staying active by working out, hiking, mountain biking and relaxes by cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
